I have previously advised large London investment funds, the UK government and currently serve on the investment committee of a large UK charity. I am also a business mentor on the government's Help to Grow management programme and a judge on the Big Ideas social entrepreneurship contest hosted by the University of Sussex.

Whilst talking about money matters with friends and family, I realised that individuals, families and small businesses do not have the same level of access to financial expertise as large organisations. This can hamper financial well-being and the opportunity to create long term intergenerational wealth.

Money, whether one is well-off or not, can be a highly emotive subject.
